Job Description
We're looking for a Workspace / Facilities Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of IT-enabled workplace projects. This role requires working with IT teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure office spaces, technology, and facilities are ready to support business operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple tasks across projects. Exposure to workspace, facilities, or IT project environments are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workspace and facilities projects from planning to execution
- Work with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Support workspace readiness, including IT infrastructure, office moves, and installations
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Assist with vendor management and compliance for safety and IT standards
- Help improve project processes and support smooth execution
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture and Interior Design, IT, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in workspace, facilities, or IT-related projects
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, workplace technology, or facilities operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Proficient in project management tools, documentation, and reporting
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible to work across multiple projects and technologies in a fast-paced environment
- Candidate with immediate availability or short notice period preferred
