Workshop Supervisor

Responsibilities:-

Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth coordination and scheduling of tasks

Manage maintenance, fabrication, and welding works

Maintain equipment documents, training materials, and housekeeping standards

Ensure safety, discipline, and adherence to EHS policies

Implement continuous improvement initiatives

Provide technical support to departments and manage job costs

Supervise workshop activities and enforce safety protocols

Requirements:-

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Strong leadership skills

Familiarity with construction equipment and spare parts (advantageous)

Basic computer skills

Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Additional advantages:

- Forklift license

- Valid Class 3 driving license
