Workshop Service Technician

Job Description:

• Assembly and testing of individual components as well as complete machines/systems according to specified assembly drawings and procedures, including electrical systems and modules.

• Repair and maintenance of customer equipment and devices from our rental fleet in accordance with maintenance and servicing plans.

• Inspection of components for quality assurance.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues

• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime

• Overhaul hydraulic systems, pumps, and cylinders

• Maintain accurate service records and reports

• Ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Engineering.

• Hands on experience with heavy-duty hydraulic equipment

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical assemblies

• Ability to interpret technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, and engineering drawings. .

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Safety-conscious, with good teamwork and communication skills.

• Singapore citizens or permanent residents (PR) in Singapore are encouraged to apply
