Workshop Executive

About the role

As an Automotive Workshop Executive at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the supervisory of the maintenance and repair works for all vehicles. This full-time position requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure the safety and reliability of our vehicles, contributing to the overall success of the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

Support the Workshop Manager in managing the workshop operations and ensure all KPIs are met.

Ensure operation costs including but not limited to material, manpower, and operating are kept within the operation budget.

Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.

Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Produce statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion

Establish, implement and monitor safe working practices and procedures.

Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and sites to ensure workshop conforms to all health & safety regulations.

What we're looking for

• Relevant Diploma / Bachelor's Degree qualifications in Automotive Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a commercial vehicle workshop
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of workshop tools and equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
