Summary
- Performs the disassembly and inspection of the HMH product line in workshop.
- Performs Assembly & Testing of the HMH Product line in workshop.
- Execute day-to-day operations of the workshop.
- Plan & track the spare parts for the overhaul job.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and set good examples in work practice, ethics and attitude.
- Motivate and guide the team members to achieve production targets required and ensure compliance with norms and standards.
- Manage the HSE & discipline of the team.
- Recommend measures for improvement.
- Perform assembly and testing of drilling equipment.
- Perform overhaul and repair works.
- Handle workshop tools and equipment to support jobs.
- Lead in testing and trouble-shooting in IAT and FAT.
- Provide technical support to customers both offshore and onshore on world-wide drilling rigs if require.
- Follow relevant procedures/work packages in carrying out works.
- Observe all rules of regulations in the work environment.
- Responsible for the implementation of HSE and Quality plans for his/her department.
- Take personal responsibility for HSE and Quality.
- Role model for HSE and housekeeping.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical engineering with min 4 years experience in relevant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding in mechanical drawings and hydraulic schematic.
- High level of initiative and responsibility for quality works.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Good leadership at the same times a team player as well.
- Able to multitask.
