Job Description

Job Summary

Seeking a role to lead and manage workplace technology and network infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365, security, and service reliability, while standardizing solutions across the organization. Aiming to drive innovation, stay updated on emerging technologies, and ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulations

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience;
  • 7+ years of experience managing workplace technology and infrastructure;
  • Must have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 infrastructure: Intune, EOP, SharePoint, Purview, MDE, DLP, endpoint management;
  • Experience with IAM, Entra ID, JML workflows, and PIM;
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP) and SD-WAN;
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust security model, ZTNA, micro-segmentation, and identity federation;
  • Strong technical, analytical, and engineering skills with hands-on management of workplace and infrastructure environments.

Desired Skill-set

  • Certifications in Workplace Technology, Cloud, or Networking (preferred but not mandatory);
  • Familiarity with financial services industry, Telco operations, and regulatory requirements;
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework, IT service management, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement standardization of workplace technology and infrastructure across the organization;
  • Implement and manage end-user devices, telephony, collaboration, productivity tools, and managed print;
  • Manage network infrastructure including WAN, LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, and remote access technologies;
  • Drive service recovery and minimize system downtime, tracking SLAs for service providers;
  • Experiment with, evaluate, and recommend new workplace technologies;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements;
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards;
  • Communicate effectively with non-IT users while maintaining a customer- and service-centric approach.
