- Position : Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)

- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8AM to 5PM / 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9AM to 6PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM / 10AM to 7PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months) + Medical Benefits ($500/year) with Dependents Coverage + 14 - 17 Days Annual Leave + Company Activities + Company Trips

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and management systems across project sites.
- Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, Codes of Practice, and Singapore Standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Prepare safety reports, statutory submissions, and safety communications.
- Plan and coordinate WSH training and safety promotion programmes.
- Drive a strong safety culture by engaging management, supervisors, and workers on WSH matters.
- Support continual improvement of WSH systems and practices across operations.
- Travel to project sites and carry out night inspections when required.
Requirements:
- Registered and licensed WSHO with MOM, with a valid practising certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of WSHO experience, including LTA and SP Group projects.
- Strong knowledge of the WSH Act, subsidiary legislation, Codes of Practice, and Singapore Standards.
- Experienced in risk assessments, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in safety reporting, data analysis, and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work at project sites and during non-standard hours when required.
