Supervisethe safe execution of the works and maintain excellent site safety andhousekeeping records
Checkall relevant drawings and method statements to ensure that works are plannedand carried out with compliance to safety regulations as stipulated by theMinistry of Manpower
Workwith Client and Contractor to review the risk assessment during each phase ofconstruction and present them to Client's Safety Team to ensure that measuresto be taken in the approved risk assessment are implemented on site
Conductinvestigation on all safety infringement or accident on site and prepare safetyreports
Ensurethat all site works are executed with approved permits and full-timesupervision. To be familiar with the Safety Requirements and ensure contractorsmaintain safety and good housekeeping
Bethe key person representing Client in handling all safety and housekeepingmatters on site
AdviseClient on the contractor's emergency response plan and ensure that the plan isexercised in accordance with approved response plan
Submitand maintain proper daily safety records of works carried out, includingmanpower & equipment safety inspection records, work progress safetyinspection records, daily FOD checklist records, TBM attendance and briefingrecords, and any other WSH safety records, as necessary. The report shallconsist of a short writeup, together with photographs supporting his reports,the recommendations and follow up actions,
Tosetup and maintain a systematic site filing system that is accessible to Clientspersonnel at any time
Assistclient to inspect the worksite for safety infringement according to WSH Act
Assistclient to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector borne or foodbornediseases on the construction site
Assistclient to inspect the contractor's work site on the environmental and healthaspects
AttendE&D Safety Working Committee Meeting (SWC) to be updated on the latestsafety occurrence
Ensurethat all work activities are conned within worksite and proper barrier, markerboard and lights are present at all times to deter unauthorised movement ofContractor
Checkand ensure that the Contractor and their team adhere to all the necessarysafety requirements and procedures
Ensurethat the Contractor maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site atall times
Checkand ensure that the Contractor adhere to all the necessary safety requirementsand procedures pertaining to the Safety Requirements, and safety regulations asstipulated by the Ministry of Manpower in the execution of all their works
ProposedProcedures to ensure Full implementation of Compliance with SMS &Requirements for Construction and Development Contracts
Inspectand ensure that all work activities and obstruction, machineries and vehiclesare kept at designated
Inspectand ensure that no unauthorised movement of contractor's workers, machineriesand vehicles allowed outside of the worksite boundary
Inspectand ensure all work activities are confined within the worksite and properbarrier, marker board and lights are present at all time to deter unauthorised movement
Inspectand ensure that appropriate measures are taken by contractors to avoidattracting wildlife to the worksite
AssistClient in any safety related issues not stated above but pertaining to theproject

Requirement:

Possessminimum five (5) years of relevant experience
WSQAdvance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent
Possessthe Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC) certificate
Certificationin Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) orequivalent
Certifiedin Occupational First Aid
Proficientin Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
WithRoadworks/Expressway experience
