Workplace Safety Health Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health, Security and Environmental.
• Conduct regular WSH inspection and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance.
• Attend site safety meeting and troubleshoot site HSSE issues.
• Coordinate and conduct safety briefing / induction / training and fire evacuation drill.
• Conduct routine systematic safety meeting/ audit/ inspections.
• Co-ordinate and maintain records of safety induction / training & Daily / Mass Toolbox Talks.
• Conduct risk analysis, investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures for all subsidiaries.
• Administrate monthly HSSE report & statistics.
• Preparing of Safe Work Procedures in workplace.
• In charge of publishing TWC news and alerts.
• Emergency response team and Safety Committee member.
• Promote safety and health at workplace.
• Maintain the HSSE management system documentation.
• Liaising with AE for load test/ certification/ endorsement of notification and layout plan for submission
• Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in related field.
• Good team player.
• Pro-active and good working attitude.
• Attained Supervise Workplace Safety & Health in Process Plant Certificate.
• Attained Managing Work-At-Height Certificate.
• Attained Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) Certificate.
