Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer - Cleaning Services

Key Responsibilities

. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and relevant legislation

. Review and update Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and Risk Assessments (RAs)

. Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems

. Assist in internal and external audits

. Conduct regular site safety inspections and rectify unsafe practices or conditions

. Liaise with relevant authorities on safety and environmental matters

. Prepare and submit statutory EHS reports and documentation

. Work closely with project teams and sub-contractors to manage high-risk activities

. Organise and participate in safety meetings

. Travel island-wide to support operational sites

Requirements

. MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

. Strong knowledge of WSH regulations and site safety requirements

. Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001

. Able to conduct presentations and engage stakeholders

. Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure

. Possess a valid driving licence and own transport would be an advantage

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
