Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedures.
Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and checklists.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and rectify unsafe practices or conditions
Provide regular SIC / safety briefing / training, focusing on key topics on safe operating procedures.
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare and submit incident reports to relevant authorities (e.g., MOM) as required.
Coordinate with project managers and site teams on all safety-related matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
Possess a valid driving licence and own transport
Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking employees and clients.
