Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Coordinator

• Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedures.

• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and checklists.

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and rectify unsafe practices or conditions

• Provide regular SIC / safety briefing / training, focusing on key topics on safe operating procedures.

• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.

• Prepare and submit incident reports to relevant authorities (e.g., MOM) as required.

• Coordinate with project managers and site teams on all safety-related matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport

• Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure

• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking employees and clients.
