Job Description

Implement and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), Environmental, Health and Security requirements on site.
Ensure compliance with all applicable WSH and environmental statutory regulations and timely submission of mandatory reports.
Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments and recommend preventive/corrective measures.
Lead incident, accident and near-miss reporting and investigations.
Prepare, review and implement Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Emergency Response Plans.
Coordinate and conduct safety, health and environmental training, including SERT drills.
Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 internal and external audits.
Monitor environmental performance, waste management and pollution control measures.
Liaise with authorities such as Ministry of Manpower, National Environment Agency and Public Utilities Board on all WSH matters.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Top Management.

Job Requirements
Registered WSHO with MOM.
Registered ECO with NEA.
Possess Earth Control Measure Officer (ECMO) qualification will be added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience in building construction (Main Contractor / HDB projects preferred).
Good knowledge of WSH Act and subsidiary legislations.
Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001) is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and EHS reporting systems.
