Job Description

  • Implement and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), Environmental, Health and Security requirements on site.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable WSH and environmental statutory regulations and timely submission of mandatory reports.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments and recommend preventive/corrective measures.
  • Lead incident, accident and near-miss reporting and investigations.
  • Prepare, review and implement Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Emergency Response Plans.
  • Coordinate and conduct safety, health and environmental training, including SERT drills.
  • Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 internal and external audits.
  • Monitor environmental performance, waste management and pollution control measures.
  • Liaise with authorities such as Ministry of Manpower, National Environment Agency and Public Utilities Board on all WSH matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Top Management.

    Job Requirements
  • Registered WSHO with MOM.
  • Registered ECO with NEA.
  • Possess Earth Control Measure Officer (ECMO) qualification will be added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience in building construction (Main Contractor / HDB projects preferred).
  • Good knowledge of WSH Act and subsidiary legislations.
  • Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and EHS reporting systems.
