Job Description
-Develop, implement, and maintain Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures, and programs
-Ensure compliance with all relevant WSH legislation, codes of practice, and MOM requirements
-Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
-Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures
-Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses prepare investigation reports
-Monitor the effectiveness of safety controls and corrective actions
-Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for employees and contractors
-Maintain WSH documentation, records, and reports required by authorities
-Act as the main liaison with MOM, auditors, and other regulatory bodies on WSH matters
-Promote safety awareness and foster a positive safety culture within the organization
-Participate in WSH committee meetings and provide professional advice to management
Job Requirements
-Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM
-Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Safety, Occupational Health, or related field
-WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (or equivalent MOM-recognized qualification)
-Minimum 5years of relevant WSH experience (industry-specific if applicable)
-Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
