Ensure full compliance with WSH Act, relevant regulations, client and contractor in-house requirements maintain WSH audit procedures according to regulatory and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits prepare detailed audit reports review and update findings evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
Review or conduct investigations for incidents and near misses ensure proper reporting and follow-up actions are implemented.
Review and communicate RA and SWP ensure contractors documents are effective, legally compliant, and site-specific observe toolbox talks and safety meetings for effectiveness.
Conduct documentation reviews support the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, documentation controls, and safety campaigns.
Support delivery of WSH training liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and authorities (MOM, SCDF) carry out any additional WSH duties assigned by the client.
Requirements:
Must be Registered Safety Officer.
Minimum of 5 Yrs Experience in Handling projects as Client Representative.
Able to handle Multiple contractors and guide their WSH Team.
