Workplace Safety and Health Officer cum Fire Safety Manager (WSHO cum FSM)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with WSH Act and Fire Safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and identify safety risks.
• Prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Lead safety training, briefings, and inductions.
• Review Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Maintain safety equipment and documentation.
• Implement Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and conduct fire drills.
• Inspect premises for fire hazards and ensure compliance with Fire Code.
• Train and manage Emergency Response Team (ERT).

Requirements:

• Must be a MOM-registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)
• Must hold a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification
