Job description
- Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
- Assist in the implementation of the HSE management system
- Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
- Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
- Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with HSE Management System & applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain and monitor HSE records/ checklists.
- Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits.
- Investigate and report WSH all incidents & near misses.
- Conduct regular WSH and other related training.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.
Job requirements
- WSQ advance certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificates
- Minimum2 years of relevant experience in building and construction safety management.
- A team player with and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry activities and safety requirements.
