Role Overview

Vertical Institute is seeking a Workplace Productivity & Personal Development Trainer to help professionals strengthen essential workplace capabilities and personal effectiveness.

Courses may include:

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training focused on professional development and productivity

• Facilitate workshops and practical exercises for adult learners

• Guide learners in developing workplace skills that improve career performance

• Incorporate real-world examples and interactive activities

Requirements

• ACTA / ACLP certification

• Experience in corporate training, coaching, or professional development

• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills

• Ability to engage diverse groups of adult learners
