What You'll Do
As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering seamless day-to-day operations and memorable in-office experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee reception and visitor check-in, act as a point of contact for building security, and manage vendor relationships (catering, supplies, maintenance). Conduct weekly office audits, resolve facilities issues, and coordinate with property management to ensure compliance and service quality.
Serve as the go-to person for internal events and meetings, handling logistics, room setups, deliveries, and mail. Provide hands-on support to ensure smooth execution and a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage Slack channels and ticketing systems for office-related requests, including access approvals and offsite coordination. Support office access programs and maintain accurate usage reports. Assist with budget tracking and provide administrative support to the broader Workplace Experience team.
Respond to inquiries via Slack, email, and phone, ensuring timely and helpful resolutions. Lead or assist with special projects, contribute ideas to improve team efficiency, and maintain key documentation and program materials.
What You Bring
2+ years in Facilities or Workplace Operations, with a solid understanding of workplace policies and procedures.
Exceptional service orientation with a calm, professional demeanor and a passion for creating positive experiences.
A proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, adapts quickly, and takes initiative without waiting for direction.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
Comfortable using Google Suite, Slack and workplace tools to manage operations and communications efficiently.
