Collaboration & Cross-Selling:
Work closely with Relationship Managers to drive cross-selling of products at Workplace Banking events.
Provide quality after-sales service to acquired customers.
Follow-Up & Documentation:
Follow up on pre-sales enquiries related to secured and unsecured retail banking products.
Ensure timely collection of income and other relevant documents required for application submission.
