The Sales Acquisition Executive focuses on acquiring new customers for UOB's Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Personal Loans, and New-to-Bank credit cards. The role combines direct sales, tele-consulting, and corporate engagement activities to generate business and enhance customer relationships.
Sales Acquisition & Revenue Generation
- Drive acquisition of CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), Personal Loans, and New-to-Bank credit cards through corporate roadshows, lunch talks, and tele-consulting.
- Create and maximise sales opportunities for payroll account acquisition via corporate partnerships.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to enhance cross-selling of products at Workplace Banking events.
Customer Engagement & Service
- Provide efficient and high-quality after-sales service to acquired customers.
- Follow up with customers on pre-sales inquiries for secured and unsecured retail banking products.
- Assist customers in submitting required documents, including income verification and other relevant paperwork.
Sales Execution & Performance
- Conduct face-to-face point-of-sales activities and tele-consulting engagements proficiently.
- Effectively cold call potential clients and manage leads to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain productivity under sales pressure and meet individual and team goals.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Support colleagues in achieving overall sales and cross-selling goals.
Experience & Qualifications
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; 3-5 years in sales or sales-related roles preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Business-to-business (B2B) skills are advantageous.
