Job Description
Banking Testing experience.
- Strong experience in Workflow Management / Case Management applications.
- Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, E2E Testing, Defect Management, and Test Governance.
- Experience with Jira, ALM, Zephyr, or equivalent test management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of APIs, Middleware, and Integration Testing.
- Experience in AI Chatbot/Talkbot Testing, Conversational AI, or GenAI testing (preferred).
