As a team member in a media / digital operations / data operations function, you'd be required to:
- Map and improve workflows from end-to-end media process.
- Build a scalable operating system/ process for the agency, collaborating with team members from Taxonomy/ solutions, Media ops & Finance ops.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement simplified, standardised operating procedures.
- Transitioning teams with manual data processes to an automated (or semi-automated) workflow.
- Work with & understand account teams on design x implementation of campaign taxonomies across channels, assets, journey stages, reporting dimensions.
- Governance: ensuring teams adopt and transit from manual to automated processes across data extraction, campaign reporting and budget reconciliation.
- Work cross-functionally between Solutions & Media on end-to-end workflows.
- Drive operational efficiency: simplify handoffs, automate repetitive tasks, and improve QA layers.
- Partner with analytics to ensure taxonomy-compliant data fuels dashboards.
- Contribute to knowledge management: documentation, playbooks, and onboarding.
- Streamline operations by reducing manual, error-prone processes through process improvements and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or coursework in information engineering, computer science or similar.
- Experience in media ops, data ops, marketing ops, or campaign management.
- Strong operational mindset able to spot inefficiencies and redesign processes.
- Familiar with ad platforms, analytics tools, and workflow systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a process-oriented mindset.
- Good communicator comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and following documented procedures.
