Role Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Integration professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday change requests and to design, build, and support integrations across the Workday landscape. The role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders, as well as the HCM and Financials teams, to ensure changes and integrations are assessed, built, tested, and deployed on time and in line with Workday and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management

. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday change requests, ensuring all requests are assessed, built, tested, and deployed in a timely manner.

. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes and facilitate approvals through the appropriate governance process.

. Maintain accurate change documentation and ensure all updates are tested and deployed in alignment with project and Workday standards.

Integration Development & Support

. Build and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and SOAP/REST web services.

. Perform requirements analysis, technical design, build, testing, deployment, and production support.

. Coordinate with HCM and Financials teams to deliver aligned, end-to-end solutions.

. Maintain integration documentation and data mappings.

. Troubleshoot integration and data mapping issues, performing root cause analysis and driving timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

. Hands-on Workday integrations experience.

. Working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.

. Proven integration troubleshooting skills.

. Experience writing technical specifications and test scripts.
