Role Overview
We are seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst/Consultant to support the ongoing build, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday Integrations. The successful candidate will partner with IT stakeholders to assess business requests, build, and drive testing cycles through to production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and analyze incoming requests requiring Workday integrations built using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or web services (SOAP/REST)
Translate integration requirements into technical specifications and configuration/code changes
Manage requests through the full lifecycle — intake, impact assessment, prioritization, build, testing, and deployment
Perform unit testing, SIT, and support end-to-end and UAT cycles for integration changes
Maintain integration documentation, including data mapping and error-handling logic
Coordinate with functional teams (HCM, Financials) and external system owners on integration dependencies
Track and report on request status, and resolution progress
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience building and supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or similar)
Understanding of web services standards (SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT)
Experience troubleshooting integration errors and data mapping issues
Ability to write clear technical specifications and test scripts
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across functional and technical teams
Experience working in large, complex environments preferred
Good to Have
Workday Integrations certification(s)
Experience with Workday Studio and advanced XSLT
Exposure to governance and prioritization processes in a large program environment
