Workday Integration Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Workday Integration Analyst to manage Workday change requests and support the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday integrations. The role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, as well as HCM and Financials teams, to deliver integration and system changes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday change requests, including assessment, development, testing, approval, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess change impacts and facilitate the required governance approvals.
• Build and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Perform requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Coordinate with HCM and Financials teams on integration requirements and issues.
• Maintain integration documentation, technical specifications, and data mappings.
• Prepare and execute test scripts for integration changes.
• Troubleshoot integration and data mapping issues and support resolution.
• Ensure changes and documentation are maintained in line with project and Workday standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Workday integrations.
• Knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience in integration troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Experience preparing technical specifications and test scripts.
• Good understanding of integration development, testing, deployment, and production support processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
