We are seeking a seasoned Workday Financial Consultant to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing Workday Financial Management solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their financial processes and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Workday Financial Management solutions to clients in the Southeast Asia region.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements.
• Design and implement Workday Financial solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure effective implementation of Workday Financial applications.
• Train and support end-users on Workday Financial functionalities and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements relevant to financial management.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Workday Financial Management or related consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Workday Financial Management modules and functionalities.
• Experience with Workday integrations and data conversion methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have prior Banking domain project experience and possess the following skills:

• Workday Studio Integrations – Strong hands-on experience required
• Prism Analytics
• Workday GL Functional Knowledge
• Workday Accounting Center (WAC) expertise
• Exposure to Workday Extend development
•
