Take a dual-capacity role as a consultant and technical developer within a specialized platform integration team, ensuring the seamless exchange of digital information across global systems.

• Architect, design, and deploy end-to-end integration solutions for cloud-based HR and Finance applications, ensuring alignment with global architectural standards.

• Lead the full development lifecycle of complex integrations, utilizing specialized studio tools, enterprise interface builders, and custom coding to bridge external applications.

• Perform deep-dive impact assessments and effort estimations for system upgrades, enhancements, and bi-annual platform releases.

• Translate intricate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and integration workbooks, facilitating stakeholder walkthroughs and formal sign-offs.

• Oversee the quality assurance process by preparing and executing rigorous system integration testing (SIT) plans with detailed scenario mapping and data validation.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Workday Integration development and technical consulting.

• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and specialized payroll integrations such as PECI or PICOF.

• Technical mastery of XML, XSLT, Document Transformations, SOAP APIs, and Web Services for complex data interchange.

• Strong competency in developing BIRT reports using Eclipse IDE and a solid understanding of Security Configuration and Business Process setup.

• Proven ability to manage System Development Methodology (SDM) processes and prepare high-quality delivery artifacts in an Agile environment.

• Familiarity with Unix scripting, Control-M job scheduling, and SFTP protocols is highly advantageous.
