Workday & People Analytics Specialist

We are pleased to be supporting a strong-performing Pharmaceuticals organisation to appoint a Workday & People Analytics Specialist(circa. $78-91k annual base) into their People team. Based in Singapore, this is a full-time, permanent position created to support the client's plan to up level the delivery of their HR services for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Job Description

This is not a pure maintenance role. The mandate is to elevate how HRIS is used—moving beyond business-as-usual tasks into data analytics, AI-enabled processes, automation, and stakeholder enablement.

• Act as the regional Workday SME within the APAC HR team
• Build analytics, dashboards, and insights that support HR and business decisions
• Explore and support AI/automation opportunities within HR processes
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to raise overall HRIS literacy and self-service capability
• Support configuration, reporting, data integrity, security, and regional HR technology projects
• Partner with IT teams and in-house integration owners

The Successful Candidate

• 5+ years in HRIS/HR technology, with at least 3 years hands-on Workday
• Strong functional skills across relevant Workday modules
• APAC multi-country support experience
• Configurations and integrations skills are good to have
• Excellent stakeholder management across cultures and time zones
• Maturity and commitment to see longer-term regional projects through
