. Lead end-to-end implementationsof Workday Adaptive Planning (workforce, financials, capital, and reporting).
. Partner with finance andbusiness stakeholders to define planning, forecasting, and modelingrequirements.
. Design complex financialmodels, assumptions, versions, and driver-based planning frameworks.
. Build and optimize sheets,levels, dimensions, and dashboards.
. Develop integrations betweenWorkday Adaptive Planning and source ERPs (Workday Financials, SAP, Oracle,etc.).
. Support UAT, go-live, andpost-production stabilization.
. Provide thought leadership onplanning best practices and performance management transformation.
. Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
. 3-8 years of experience inFP&A, EPM, or financial systems consulting.
. Hands-on experience withWorkday Adaptive Planning implementations.
. Strong understanding ofbudgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
. Experience working with financestakeholders and senior leadership.
