Job Responsibilities
. Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine dishes according to established recipes and standards.
. Assist the Wok 1 in daily kitchen operations.
. Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes served are consistent with restaurant standards.
. Prepare ingredients and ensure proper storage of food items.
. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen in compliance with NEA regulations.
. Assist in stock control and proper use of kitchen ingredients.
. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine.
. Experience in wok cooking is preferred.
. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
. Good team player with a positive attitude.
. Able to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
