Overall Job Scope:
You will work closely with the Wine Manager and sales team to execute sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, generate new leads and direct customers interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Confidently engage with a wide range of clients
- Support after sales to retain and grow customer accounts
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance wine knowledge, sales strategies and approach
- Develop and deliver training program for clients to grow wine knowledge and sales
- Organise and support wine events, tastings and promotions
- Managing end-to-end sales process including timely collection of payment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience and extensive knowledge of wine is required
- WSET certification
- Target driven and proactively identify pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong track record of customer base being built up will be advantageous
- Great communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills
- A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details
