As the #1 ODM company in Korea with over 30 years of expertise, we specialize in creating high-quality cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and health functional foods. We're expanding in Singapore and need a passionate Sales Executive to join our team!

Your Role

  • Boost sales and uncover new opportunities in the Supermarket retail and FMCG sectors (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Unity, etc).
  • Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to drive product innovation.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maximize sales through the continued development of our current product portfolio and the introduction of new products to key retailers in Singapore.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, establish clear goals, and monitor progress to achieve company targets.
  • Provide leadership to the sales team, overseeing merchandising and promotional activities in retail stores.
  • Conduct thorough market research and maintain a deep understanding of competitive analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales industry.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the FMCG, Cosmetics, or Health Supplements sectors.
  • Demonstrated working experience with major Singaporean retailers (e.g., Guardian, FairPrice, Unity).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
