Role Overview

The role supports the successful delivery and ongoing operations of multiple technology projects that require advanced Windows Server expertise. The position ensures project timelines, system quality, and operational stability through Level 3 (L3) support capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for Windows Server environments.
  • Perform server build, configuration, and system hardening in accordance with established security and operational standards.
  • Support platform refresh initiatives, including operating system upgrades and infrastructure modernization activities.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues escalated from lower support levels.
  • Ensure systems are stable, secure, and compliant with operational requirements.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining service continuity.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including build guides, operational procedures, and handover materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and ongoing operations.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to team members when required.

Skills & Requirements: -

  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and support at an advanced (L3) level.
  • Experience in server installation, configuration, hardening, and lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of operating system upgrades, platform refresh, and infrastructure support activities.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and performance issues.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects in parallel within defined timelines.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and system compliance standards.
  • Good documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Relevant technical certification or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.
