Windows L3 Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Windows L3 Engineer to provide expert-level support and serve as the final escalation point for enterprise Windows infrastructure within a critical production environment. The role involves managing and supporting Windows Server, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, Active Directory, patch management, VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, vROps, vRLI), and HPE infrastructure platforms. The successful candidate will drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, automation initiatives using PowerShell and Python, and ensure the stability, security, and availability of production systems.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience managing enterprise Windows environments, including 3-5 years within financial institutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Subject Matter Expert in Windows OS, Hyper-V, and Failover Clustering.
• Experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, vROps, vRLI) is advantageous.
• Strong hands-on experience with HPE hardware platforms including DL, Synergy, SimpliVity, and Alletra.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and workflow automation/integration tools.
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows patching tools, and infrastructure operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues across multiple technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused team player with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
