We are looking for a hard-working, knowledgeable, and motivated Window Treatment Installer with high degree of leadership and reliability who is looking for development and growth.
We are currently looking to expand our hardworking team due to the company's growth and increase of demand for our services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute work orders in a timely manner.
- Provide courteous customer service.
- Keep track of materials and company tools used in installation.
- Plan proper procedures necessary for installation projects.
- Perform duties at company established performance levels.
- Complete assigned daily route.
- Take photos of installs, services, and measures.
- Upload project photos daily.
- Keep Client-In-Charge apprised of work progress and ensure the final work product is completed as per work order.
- Perform related troubleshooting tasks as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION and EDUCATION
- Minimal Secondary School Education preferred
- VALID/CLEAN Class 3 Driver's License (To drive vans) a plus
- Basic math skills
- Familiarization with reading and interpreting diagrams
- Basic knowledge of proper equipment use and safety standards
- Excellent organizational skills
- Industry knowledge a plus
- High level of flexibility
- Attention to detail
- Strong desire to learn
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, stooping, and bending
- May lift up to 20kg and or move up to 70kg with assistance.
- Exposure to heights and electrical equipment.
- Flexibility with schedules that may be subject to change.
- Environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, and dust
- Familiarity with workplace safety, safe lifting and handling procedures
