We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Key Account Management Specialist (B2B) to join our Retail team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

About the Role

As an early member of our Trade Key Account team in Singapore, you will help drive market expansion across both the trade design community and the broader B2B commercial space. This includes tapping into opportunities with not only interior designers and decor stylists, but also corporate offices (public and private sectors), hospitality, F&B, property developers, and other enterprise clients.

You'll work closely with the team lead to build strong partnerships and deliver a seamless online–offline experience for our partners. Join us if you're excited to shape the future of our Trade Program and create meaningful value for our partners.

What You'll Be Doing

You will drive growth and nurture long-term relationships with trade partners and B2B clients, focusing on strategic acquisition, retention, and delivering a best-in-class partnership experience. You will play a key role in collaborating with internal teams to align trade strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Develop and execute acquisition plans to achieve growth targets and expand into trade and commercial B2B segments.
  • Engage prospective partners through outreach, sales calls, and on-site visits.
  • Lead partner registration and onboarding, including contract walkthroughs via video calls, office visits, or showroom tours.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners as their main point of contact.
  • Implement structured engagement plans, including partner engagement events, newsletters, regular touchpoints, and periodic business reviews to identify needs and collaboration opportunities.
  • Lead or support the planning and execution of quarterly and ad-hoc partner events.
  • Prepare and present regular reports for management team on account performance, forecasts, partner insights, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Retail Sales, Marketing, Creatives, Logistics, Procurement, and Social Media to deliver a seamless partner support and customer experience.

What You'll Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, key account management, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trusted partner relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities to interpret data and gather market intelligence.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a hunter mentality with a drive to acquire and grow accounts.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
  • Willingness to travel island-wide for client meetings and presentations.
  • Knowledge of the furniture or interior design industry is an advantage.
