Digital Sales Account Executive (Hunter role) – APAC
We're hiring multiple Digital Sales AE's for a global payments leader.
This is a full quota carrying hunter role
What you'll be doing
Own, build and manage relationships with a large territory of longtail accounts as a full sales cycle seller. Your remit will 70% net new and account growth, 30% renewals and upsell. You'll run full-cycle digital sales - prospecting, pitching, closing.
Who we're looking for
- 3-5 years in B2B digital sales / SaaS sales with a clear track record of hunting and closing - not just farming
- Comfortable with high account volume; you know how to segment a territory, identify your big bets, and prioritise ruthlessly
- Full 360° sales cycle experience - from cold to close
- Familiarity with structured sales methodology (SPIN, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, or similar)
- Strong at stakeholder mapping in complex, matrixed organisations
- Candidates who have sold into FSI, Fintech, or payments industries is a plus.
- Given multiple roles, for specific roles due to regional coverage, having a second language such as Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Bengali would be relevant.
Singapore-based. Singaporeans and PRs strongly preferred.
