Responsibilities
- Attend client consultations to observe and support estate planning procedures
- Assist in fact-finding and prepare client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Organize, prepare, and track will-related paperwork to maintain workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with partner law firms and lawyers to facilitate legal processes
- Maintain accurate records while adhering strictly to confidentiality and data protection standards

- Enrolled law students or individuals with a strong interest in legal and estate planning work
- Detail-oriented and organized to manage documentation and client information effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and legal partners
- Comfortable engaging in client-facing settings and handling sensitive, confidential information

- Minimum 6-month commitment required
