Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as
Wildlife Facilitators to support programmes such as guided tours, outdoor learning activities and overnight camps.
Programmes run on a non-fixed schedule, typically on weekdays.

Main Duties
- Lead and facilitate education programmes focused on wildlife conservation and environmental stewardship
- Engage and supervise children aged 5 – 12 years old
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during programmes
- Assist with programme preparation, set-up, and logistics
- Support sentry duties or additional duties when required
Job Requirements
- Able to commit at least once every 2 months
- A genuine passion for wildlife, conservation and public education
- Enthusiastic about working outdoors and facilitating fun learning for children
- Strong command of English
- Positive, proactive attitude with a sense of adventure and a willingness to learn
- Prior experience working with children (e.g. camps, education, facilitation) is advantageous
- Comfortable handling animals such as insects during programmes
Training And Development
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an in-person interview
- Successful applicants will undergo mandatory in-person training Training Dates*: 6th, 11th & 15th May 2026 (9:00am to 6:00pm)
- Full attendance is required.
- Upon completion of training and on-job-assessment, facilitators will be scheduled for programmes and camps across our parks
