Job Description

Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, expand market share, and meet revenue targets.
Client & Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and suppliers, including negotiating pricing and contracts.
Inventory & Logistics: Monitor inventory levels, oversee replenishment, and coordinate with logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Operational Oversight: Analyze sales data, prepare reports for senior management, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise staff, including conducting performance evaluations.
