Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct overall company sales and customer accounts
- Manage company overseas supplier accounts
- Liaise with company's customers and promote sales
- Maintain all sales-related documents and sales records
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Applicant willing to work in Tampines Industrial area
- Able to travel within short notice (usually 2 weeks notice period) and stationed overseas (Shandong, China) for at least 3 to 5 months a year over a minimum of 2 periods
- Conversant and able to speak, read and write in Mandarin
- Applicant must have knowledge and relevant experience working in international trade, trade financing, and shipping
- Applicant must have at least 8 years experience in the wholesale trade industry
- Applicant must have Class 3 driving license
Working Hours in Singapore:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5.00pm
- Saturdays: 8.00am to 12 noon
Working Hours in Shandong, China:
Mondays to Saturdays: 7.00am to 7.00pm
Off In-lieu to be provided for extended working hours during overseas stint
