  • Manage changes, cancellations and shortages with minimal disruption to the customer.

Merchandising & Category Management

  • Develop buying plans and assortment recommendations for each account, tailored to channel, customer profile and sales history
  • Plan stock allocation, replenishment and markdowns to balance sell-through, availability and margin

  • Track online performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, average order value and returns

Wholesale customer liaison

  • Prepare production and sell-through reports for range reviews and season planning.

Merchandise deck and product data

  • Prepare the merchandise deck for each season or drop, including styles, colourways, sizes, costs, wholesale and retail prices, delivery dates and product images.
  • Set up and upload accurate product data into the inventory and ERP systems, and keep it updated as orders and stock change.
  • Provide the E-commerce team with complete, approved product information (descriptions, fabric and care details, size charts, images and launch dates) in time for site uploads.
  • Check that item codes, pricing and stock quantities match across the deck, inventory system and online store.
  • Maintain SKU details for every style (SKU code, style name, colourway, size, barcode, unit cost, wholesale and retail price) and keep them consistent across the deck, inventory system and online store.
  • Raise and track purchase orders against confirmed orders, and keep PO records (quantities, prices, delivery dates and amendments) accurate and up to date.
  • Meet the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) with internal teams and suppliers, for example product data supplied to the E-commerce team
