As an Executive Director in the Wholesale Lending Services Middle Office, you will be leading a sizeable team responsible for end-to-end lending services across multiple business lines. You will be responsible for overseeing transaction coordination, deal setup, funding, loan servicing, loan agency, and secondary loan trading. In this role, you will cover the Asia Pacific region, including Mumbai, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure operational excellence and tailored client solutions. You partner with stakeholders across the firm, drive strategic initiatives, and champion a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will be part of a team that supports a wide range of lending products, from bilateral to syndicated facilities. Our services span credit document execution, loan origination, agency, servicing, and trading support. Job responsibilities

• Lead production teams responsible for transaction coordination, deal setup, funding, loan servicing, loan agency, and secondary loan trading
• Oversee operational management of bilateral and syndicated deals, facility management, loan booking, accounting, and investor syndicate management
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders across the firm
• Serve as the senior point of contact for business segment heads, credit risk, legal, and other key partners
• Maintain oversight of risk and control environment, representing lending services in risk forums and audit cycles
• Drive process improvement by identifying and implementing technology initiatives and operational changes
• Partner with enablement teams to deliver strategic change, enhance workflow, and improve client experience
• Provide performance management, objective setting, and coaching for direct reports and broader team
• Participate in project proposals, group objectives, and regional discussions to drive strategic direction
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Ensure productivity and quality standards are met across production teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
• Proven leadership skills with experience developing high-performance teams
• Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence change across teams and stakeholders
• Acute awareness of operational risks throughout the lending lifecycle
• Results-driven approach with ability to lead and drive execution
• Flexible and adaptable to new assignments and challenges
• Experience in performance management and coaching
• Demonstrated initiative in raising issues and proposing solutions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Success in transforming or building operations and middle office teams within the Financial Services Industry
• Knowledge of corporate banking products, credit policies, and credit systems
• Experience with loan servicing platforms such as Loan IQ
• Facility documentation expertise
• Experience in process improvement and technology implementation
• Strong clients experience enhancement skills
