Job Description

Job Overview
The Wheels & Brakes Airlines Commercial Manager is responsible for managing and executing commercial contracts with airline customers across Asia and Oceania. This role acts as the key interface between customers and internal functions, ensuring successful deployment and performance of Wheels & Brakes support agreements.

The incumbent will oversee contract execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational alignment, while driving commercial discussions and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Wheels & Brakes commercial contracts for airline customers (Airbus, Boeing, ATR platforms)
  • Act as the primary commercial interface for customers on Product Support Agreements and contract execution
  • Support airlines in the deployment and implementation of Wheels & Brakes contracts
  • Monitor and ensure contractual commitments and performance guarantees are met (e.g. cost per landing, availability)
  • Evaluate, manage and negotiate pricing structures and guarantees with customers
  • Track and validate billing, charge per landing programs, and associated costs
  • Manage initial provisioning and retrofit programs in coordination with internal teams
  • Conduct regular contract reviews and customer meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Supply Chain, Technical, Finance, and Quality teams
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of commercial and contractual data in ERP systems (SAP)
  • Support spares order management and logistics coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and support service execution (training, documentation, tooling) to meet contractual scope
  • Manage customer relationships under Services or Transfer Agreements with repair stations
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in contract performance
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with contractual and commercial agreements
  • Participate actively in contributing to HSE development and continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support the organization's quality and regulatory objectives.

Additional Information:

  • Travel required: approximately 20% (regional customer visits)
  • Fixed-term contract (12 months)

Professional Qualifications / Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in aviation (MRO / OEM / airline environment)
  • Strong background in contract management and commercial negotiations
  • Familiarity with Wheels & Brakes or aircraft components is a strong advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
