Job Summary
As a Telemarketer at New Era Advisory, you will expand our client base by connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls and follow-up communications to generate leads
- Communicate New Era Advisory's mission and training program benefits clearly to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contact details, feedback, and follow-up actions in the database
- Schedule meetings or consultations between potential clients and the sales team to advance sales opportunities
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and sustain interest in our programs
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
- Collect and report insights and feedback from prospective clients to improve outreach strategies and offerings

- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
