Job Title: Supply Chain & Procurement Executive (F&B)
Location: 100% Work-From-Home, with occasional outlet visits
Working Hours: 5 days work week
Salary Range: $4,600 - $6,500 SGD per month + AWS

Fast-growing F&B brand in Singapore, with strong operational ties and supply chain dependencies across the region. As we continue to scale our menu innovation and regional footprint, we are looking for an agile and bilingual Procurement Executive to take ownership of our end-to-end sourcing strategy.

The Role
You will work directly with our R&D Chef to source high-quality ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies. A key success factor for this role is the ability to liaise closely with suppliers and partners in China both written and spoken Mandarin is essential. This role requires frequent travel (Malaysia & Southeast Asia) for supplier visits, quality checks, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across Singapore, Malaysia, China, and SEA for raw materials, dry goods, frozen products, and packaging.

• R&D Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D Chef to source new ingredients, test samples, and ensure cost-effective scalability of new recipes.

• Supplier Management: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, particularly in China.

• Travel & Field Work: Travel frequently to Malaysia and other SEA countries for supplier audits, farm/factory visits, and market price benchmarking. Occasionally visit local Singapore outlets for stock coordination.

• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely import/export clearance, especially for China-sourced goods.

• Cost Control: Monitor commodity price fluctuations and propose alternative sourcing to protect margins.

• Documentation: Manage purchase orders, contracts, and import documentation in both English and Mandarin.

Who You Are

• Bilingual (Mandarin & English): You must be able to write and speak Mandarin fluently to negotiate with China-based suppliers and review Chinese contracts.

• F&B Procurement Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in F&B, food service, or hospitality procurement. Experience with Chinese food ingredients is a strong plus.

• Travel-Ready: Willing and able to travel to Malaysia / SEA at least 1-2 times per month (expenses covered).

• Independent & Remote-Ready: You thrive in a 100% WFH setup, self-manage your time, but are disciplined enough to visit outlets or travel when required.

• Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
