As a WFH Healthcare & Lifesciences Business Development Manager at Kairos Global Search, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while focusing on acquiring new clients across Healthcare & Lifesciences industry, nurturing relationships, and expanding the company's presence in the recruitment industry. Your primary goal will be to generate business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with Healthcare & Lifesciences clients. You get the opportunity to Work From Home and earn based on profits-sharing. There will be training provided!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential Healthcare & Lifesciences clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Must have an interest in recruitment
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective Healthcare & Lifesciences clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed business development goals, including revenue targets and client acquisition KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Prior experience within the recruitment or staffing industry is an added advantage.
  • Relevant background in Healthcare & Lifesciences industry is required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and business development strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
