- Assist the supervisor to ensure smooth operation of the production process.
- Set up the machine within process specifications limits, record onto check sheet and submit sample to QC during set-up.
- Meet daily good quality output target as per schedule.
- Participate and contribute in resolving process related problem and cost reduction program.
- Carry out corrective and preventive action from supervisor on quality and environmental non-conformance, product output improvements and enhancement in production floor.
- Identify, feedback and recommend any changes to the significant impact register.
- Follow control parameter setting as per the written specification and work instruction.
- Check all activities/processes perform within his operation as listed in checklist.
- Perform chemical top up for individual chemical dosing tanks.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance.
- Perform the replacement of the pumps, motors, rollers and etc
- Maintain good work discipline and 5S in work place/clean room.
- Participate in the training of emergency respond team of chemical spillage and be a team member of ERT.
