Job Summary
You will manage shifts at Sochill Bath Club, delivering a high-quality experience by welcoming and assisting members, maintaining cleanliness, organizing community events, and ensuring smooth club operations during your shift.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and engage with them to understand their goals and needs
- Provide clear information about pricing and membership options to members and potential new members
- Maintain a clean and serene club environment by performing opening and closing cleaning tasks, water quality checks, and towel refills
- Organize and support workshops, events, and wellness activations to foster community connection and member growth
- Identify and suggest improvements to optimize club operations and take ownership of all aspects of the club during your shift
- Communicate effectively with team members and members to ensure smooth handovers and consistent service quality
- Adapt to dynamic work environments and support health and wellness initiatives safely
- Work assigned shifts including early mornings (6:30 AM - 3 PM) or late afternoons (2 PM - 10:30 PM), including one weekend day
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience in hospitality, fitness, wellness, or front desk/customer-facing roles
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by building rapport and trust with members
- Effective communication skills including active listening and clear speaking
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on completing tasks thoroughly and efficiently
- Organizational skills to document and pass on shift information accurately
- Initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
